Viral infection ?: "Unsafe sex" is problematic for several good reasons, but the "lumps" on the penis and frenulum are probably not from a very recent episode of sexual relations. If the "unsafe sex" occurred from 2 weeks to a month ago, it may be from genital wart virus (HPV), which takes time to be physically observed.
