Pregnancy test: After you deliver, your pregnancy test can remain positive for up to a month or so afterwards. It is sometimes hard to tell if positive pregancy test is just leftover from the delivered pregnancy or a new pregnancy. The best way to tell is to do serial a beta HCG levels(a blood test) and see if the numbers are going up or down.
