Many options: And some of them are not pills. This is something you will need to discuss with your doctor. There are many choices but no strong consensus on what is the best approach, and your doctor probably has some personal preferences. You will need to take both an estrogen and a progesterone but the effective doses are much lower than what you are now getting in Yaz.
