Time to see OB MD: It is now time to make an appointment with an OB MD to advise him/her of your symptoms and at the very least start prenatal care. Cramping as a symptom without an examination is difficult to extend a "no worry" or not statement.

1st trimester pain: Pain in the first trimester is common but should be evaluated. Your doctor will want to confirm that there is a intrauterine pregnancy and rule out an ectopic pregnancy. After that is done they can evaluate you for other causes of pain.
