No: Impetigo is a skin infection caused from a specific bacteria (usually Staph or Strep). Although it is more common in kids, adults may be affected as well. This infection generally runs a benign course and is easily treated with a prescription topical antibiotic. Any over the counter topical treatment option will not likely work to treat Impetigo.
