Back Pain: Back pain is common especially in overweight individuals. Most times, the cause is muscular sprain and pain settles down with bed rest.Avoid lifting or bending over too much. Use Paracetamol for pain as needed. it should go away in 1-2 weeks. At times , the spinal disc(between the vertebrae of the spine) can crack...this is much more painful and can be serious. You should reduce your weight.
