Open tube: If a Filshie clips falls off then that patient may be at risk of getting pregnant as the tube could potentially be open. If pregnancy is not desired an alternative surgery should be considered. Flishie clips are designed to stay on the body but if it can be retrieved and removed during a repeat surgery we would remove it
