Scrotal itching: May not be the hair per se but may be fungus infection. Try over the counter anitfungal " jock itch' cream like Lotrimin and see if helps. f/u w/ doc

Itchy scrotum: You MAY have a fungal infection. They like dark and moist places on the body. Please see your doctor. He/she will diagnose and give you a cream to help if needed. Peace and good health.
