A member asked:

I mis my period for 6 month what medicine can i use to make it happen?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No period: 6 months: At 40, ovulation can be delayed significantly, which accounts for the delay in your menses. Menopause on average occurs in one;s early 50's. Get a serum FSH test from your healthcare provider to make sure you do not have pre-mature menopause. A course of five days of progesterone will usually produce withdrawal bleeding, but this is not a "real" period.
