PG & pad changes: You don't say what the pad is collecting, blood or fluid. If it is fluid the membranes may be ruptured already raising the risk of infection. If it is blood, then clearly that too is a problem. A contact with the treating OB MD is now mandatory to determine what the issue(s) may be. Labor is also a possibility.
