Doctor evaluation: Pelvic pain late in pregnancy is certainly a common issue. If the pain is severe and limiting your ability to walk then you will need a physical exam to determine if all is normal or not. Some women get relief with pregnancy support belt. These can be purchased on Amazon or at a local store.

Baby delivery: The ultimate solution is the delivery of the infant because there is a lot of pressure on the nerves that go to your legs by the full uterus. Try shuffling your feet when you walk to avoid downward gravitational pressure by the uterus on your pelvis. Good luck!
