Yes you can: Most cases of std infection are caught from people you have no outward signs of infection, hiv/aids, gonorrhea, hpv, syphilis, chlamydia et. Etc. This is why we stress need to avoid unprotected sex except with a long time partner. Ask any of our patients with documented std to be responsible & contact all their sex partners.
