Period??: Implantation bleeding is generally very light, and is not usually mistaken for a "period-like flow". If this continues, get a serum HCG test to make certain about pregnancy, and see your gyn provider if pain occurs in left or right lower abdomen. Ectopic pregnancies can occur, which need immediate attention.
