No bad health issues: Your body is well equipped to deal with whatever secretions it makes in your generative excretory tract. Sad that you seem resolved not to experience the built in biologic pleasure from sexual experience.

No: You will not have any adverse effects except for not experiencing the pleasure. However it will be great when you finally experience it

There could be: Studies have shown, over a lifetime, increased frequency of ejaculation correlates with a decreased risk of prostate and other male reproductive cancers. Teleologically this makes sense. Where rapid cell division occurs there is increased risk of a genetic error leading to uncontrolled division. The stress of aging & crowding on retained sperm probably doesn't help. Emotional health also affected.

Nocturnal emissions: Do you get "wet dreams"? If not, consult a urologist.
