Tri21: The risks you quote are minimal, whereas the tests to definitely confirm trisomy 21 are invasive, and carry some risk of harm to the pregnancy. The question to be sure of is to determine what you would do if the test were positive ? Some would not decide to abort the pregnancy even if positive.
