My 17 month old started walking 3 weeks ago. it seems his left foot is turned in a bit. do i take him to a pediatric orthopedic or a podiatrist?

Start with his ped: Many of these self correct after they have been up & moving for a while. I would see his pediatrician to see if he falls into the simple group. If he doesn't they will know who handles this in your local. I've seen both specialties do good work when needed.
