Study for exam: Study for a period of time, e.g., 1/2 hour or hour, take a 5 minute stretch break, go to the next study period, and cycle through. Sip tea as you study, which will calm and focus you. Alternate from the beginning of material, to starting at the middle of the material--primacy recency effect. You retain beginning and end best. Get sleep. Visualize yourself taking the test.Peace and good health.
