You likely have: a sexual transmitted disease (e.g. herpes) or at the very least, yeast infection or cellulitis. I would suggest to try Desitin or some Lotrimin, and if not improved, go see a healthcare provider to diagnose and treat your condition. If left undiagnosed, you may end up transmitting your disease to a sexual partner. In the meantime, please wear protective barrier such as condom always.
