Only if alone: If masturbating alone, the more she or he masturbates, the more time she or he is spending alone... and thus she will not have a baby. It takes two to have a baby. However, if she is doing mutual masturbation with a husband of the opposite sex, then babies do happen. Sperm has a way of finding their way to the egg... which is how our human species has survived the millenia.
