MRSA : Infection with MRSA bacteria mainly occurs in people who are already ill in hospital. It can be difficult to treat, as MRSA bacteria are resistant to most types of antibiotic medicines. Many people are carriers of MRSA without even realising it, as MRSA often does not cause symptoms in healthy people. Infection can be diagnose by taking swabs from wound , blood or urine test .

Probably no matter: MRSA causes no more serious infections than methicillin-sensitive staph. Everybody has staph on their skin or in body cavities (nose, genital, etc) from time to time and for the most part it causes no problem. MRSA requires different antibiotics, but that can be dealt with if an infection develops. Traveling doesn't increase risk of staph exposure, either MRSA or sensitive types. No worries!

See below: Many people carry MRSA on their skin and nose and have no symptoms. You can only be certain that you did not recently acquire MRSA by doing cultures before and after the exposure in question. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
