Life in moderation: As Mom always said, "Everything in moderation." Even a good thing can become bad if done too much. Raisins are dried grapes, which are fruit, which is nature's sugar. That means eating too many raisins short term might cause diarrhea or at least a tummy ache, and eating too many in the long term might cause diabetes. Eating too much sugar leads to insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, then diabetes.
