Stomach upset emesis: How long? May be gastroenteritis which can last 24-72 hours. Keep hydrated drink gatorade, apple juice, water pedialyte. ( dont' eat you will catch up on calories when better) if >/=6 vomiting/ diarrhea episodes ( individual or combo) go to ER/ urgent care for IV fluids. If fever/chills use tylenol 325 + motrin 200 mg 2 tabs ( if not allergic) every 8 hours . Also check for UTI f/u /w /doc
