Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Migraine cause.: It’s a long story, but the main theory relates to how the nerves in the brain regulate the blood vessels in the brain. Now, if you’re having headaches and are just presuming them to be migraines, you should get a confirmation of that diagnosis by your doctor.
