Postop visit: A D and C would not affect the timing of the cycles except for the first one. I would speak with the surgeon who did your D and C. They would know why you had a D and C in the first place. They would also be able to evaluate the pathology report and surgical findings. Depending on your fertility plans various treatment options could be considered
