No: Pregnancy is not likely with just pre-ejaculate (pre-cum), but is possible in rare cases. However, if not married, settled down, and planning to start a family, a couple should begin using a reliable form of birth control about now. Dried sperm, semen, pre-cum, etc..., does not create babies.
