I have had a varicocelectomy sub inguinal, my urologist has stated it was a success and no concerns, yet i can still feel some enlarged veins when i touch the area with my finger, my question is what is it that i am feeling? there is no pain.

Okay,....: Varicocelectomy is not to remove all dilated veins but to interrupt the draining vein so to eliminate undue back-pressure.
