No: You can get an STD if a partner is infected or if you masturbate with a contaminated toy that has the germs on it. If your partner is not infected the main risk is pregnancy. Realize that there are non-traditional diseases that can pass during sex, like flu, hepatitis, mono, etc, but these are not considered STD's by most people.
