If no doctor...: If young and single, especially a teen, there is no requirement for sex. Again, sex is not mandatory, in most cases. Avoiding sex avoids chlamydia. Thus we hope there was only one "partner" and sex was recent. The partner gets tested for STD's and if positive, she gets treated and she can get a second prescription for her partner's chlamydia (partner treatment may not be allowed in some states).
