Sex on period: It is ok to have sex when you are on your period but it is definitely messy. Since you had sex two days ago and your period ended then that likely explains the bleeding . Semen would then mix with the left over blood and vaginal secretions creating the brown discharge you see now. Most likely it will resolve in a few days. If not see your Obgyn for an exam
