Been to doc. ekg was done lying still and after 1 minute and 30 seconds of exercise. heart beat exactly the same. doc say nothing is wrong?

Physicals done by 4 ER docs for chest pain in last 4 mths & they all say anxiety- EKGs, Chest Xrays, Ultrasound of heart & gallbladder, lots of bloodwork on heart & blood clots each visit. Normal results every time, most recent visit 3 wks ago.
