No problem!: A small amount of uterine/vaginal bleeding is entirely normal when on the Depo shot. The bleeding comes from superficial blood vessels in the cavity of the endometrium which will occasionally break and bleed a little before they repair. this is perfectly normal. If the bleeding is persistent or heavy with large clots you will need to have an MD evaluate you for other problems, but these are unlike
