May be normal: The nausea may be normal and it is not always followed by vomiting in the first trimester of pregnancy. Hopefully, you are seeing a OB MD for the continuing care of your pregnancy that you can ask these type of question of in the future.

Nausea only/pregnant: Not every woman has vomiting associated with pregnancy. If you are in your fourth month, the chances are you will not develop vomiting, and even the nausea should gradually diminish soon. What is more common is to develop a distaste for some foods, but many women unfortunately do have serious problems with both nausea and vomiting in pregnancy.
