Nausea only/pregnant: Not every woman has vomiting associated with pregnancy. If you are in your fourth month, the chances are you will not develop vomiting, and even the nausea should gradually diminish soon. What is more common is to develop a distaste for some foods, but many women unfortunately do have serious problems with both nausea and vomiting in pregnancy.
