They should but....: HIPPA protects your medical privacy but there is such a thing as compulsory reporting. If whomever did the test feels you are risking the health of your fetus, they may find a way to report it.

Wrong question: Please forgive my frankness. You're about to embark on the most difficult task that life offers -- being a mother. You knowingly put your unborn child at risk. This is unacceptable to society and I believe that you are already sorry. You should be MUCH more concerned about not repeating this mistake than about keeping others from finding out.
