Minipill problem: The pill you are taking is not a regular birth control pill since it contains only the progesterone-like hormone. The usual pills contain both estrogen and progesterone. You may be on this pill because of medical problems or because you are nursing. It is not unusual to see irregular bleeding with the minipill, and it is not a problem. You should check that you are not pregnant and discuss with MD
