Unpasteurized juice: Other than having an upset stomach occasionally, the lack of pasteurization of juice will generally not affect breast milk. The acids in the stomach will usually destroy contaminants, and in any case, such will not be transmitted into breast milk.

No contraindication: As long as the juice is prepared in a sanitary manner, there is no reason why you shouldn't drink it. Unlike milk which naturally contains bacteria , juices don't unless contaminated.
