"nothing"?????: Acne is amenable to accurate therapy. Acne often causes post-inflammatory hyper pigmentation. This is also treatable. You forgot to mention even 1 treatment so far. Different kinds of acne and different kinds of people are treated in different ways. If you are serious about a remedy see a dermatologist. Unless you list all the treatments so far no other answer is possible.
