Patience: The stars have to be aligned. First, take the prenatal vitamins for at least a month... the folic acid helps prevent birth defects. Then, be married, settled down, and with stable jobs that provide health insurance (babies have lots and lots of doctor visits). Then, have sex once or twice a day around ovulation time. If not sure when that is, start by marking period bleeding days on a calendar.
