Trichomonas: Trichomonas is a parasitic infection, and is usually transmitted by vaginal exposure to the infecting organism, not by "receiving oral sex". The problem is that if ALL sexual partners are not treated, the parasite will re-infect all exposed. So if either partner has or is seeing another person, the infection will continue.
