Moisturize: Try a moisturizing cream. Apply to area 2-3 times a day. At night before bed, apply the cream and wear socks. This will help trap the moisture. If not working, try a Urea cream 40%. Apply 2-3 times a day. If there is any itching, it could be an Athlete's foot infection. This would require an antifungal.
