Blood thinner: It is an anticoagulant. Depending on the exact reason you are taking it, Coumadin (warfarin) should help prevent problems like a stroke for instance. It can make you bleed if the dose is too high, or even if well controlled if you have bleeding for some reason, it will be harder to stop. Now if you are a rat, it will kill you. It is rat poison. But I am sure that doesn't apply to you.
