Ocular rosea: Roscea can be an autoimmune disorder and as such can have elevated immune markers .Alternatively could be lupus. Did they check other markers like dsDNA Sm antibody? F/u /w dermatology https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3834698/
