I am just shy of 4 weeks post tvt procedure. (nov 30). 12/25 dh and i had a few too many drinks and had sex. it was not painful, no spotting/bleeding. no pain or discomfort since. ?

No cause for concern: It is very unlikely that you damaged anything or disrupted the repair. Though ideally you should have waited a full six weeks everything is substantially healed at 4 weeks. The lack of pain and discomfort during and since tends to confirm that.

See below : In general, at 4 week’s post-TVT you should be healed enough such that non-rigorous intercourse would not cause any damage to your sling or alter the outcome of your surgery. The absence of pain and bleeding would tend to support that opinion.
