Vaginal lump: At your age, it is very unlikely that there is a serious cause to your lump. This is a common area to have cysts (non-serious fluid-filled swellings) but you should have this confirmed with your GP or, if you are sexually active, your local GU clinic.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to know for sure, without examining you, but it is likely to be a Bartholin cyst. You should see your doctor at your convenience. You may watch and wait. If the "lump" more than doubles in size, becomes ulcerated, painful, or there is discharge, then do see your doctor. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine
