Urologist: If this symptom recurs you should be examined by a urologist to rule out causes of testicular discomfort during ejaculation. Possibilities include testicular pathology like inflammation or a growth., but nontesticular cause could be presence of epididymitis. If it's a one time occurrence only, a possible strain type discomfort could have occurred.
