If you bleed out of your butt hole and have pain what could this mean?

Fissure or other: Many things can cause bleeding and pain. Is the pain associated with bowel movements? Is there diarrhea? A fissure is a tear in lining of the anus and causes pain and bleeding. Hemorrhoids can also cause both. However, this should be checked.

Hemorrhoid: Generally, this is from hemorrhoids but you must get this checked out asap. Other conditions which are more serious and not self-limiting will and can be unforgiving.
