Vag. bldg./pregnant?: If you started the active pills in a new pack of low dose oral bc "four days late", ovulation can take place even though you may be "on time" taking the remainder of the pill pack. Get a serum HCG test, and if negative, stop the pills and use other contraception until you have a normal period. Get a urine culture done by your health provider.
