Clitoral pain/urine: Clitoral pain when urinating can come from an ulcer on or near your clitoris, or from a urinary tract infection. A viral ulcer at the clitoris or near it, will be painful even without urine irritation. Check with your gyn provider for an exam and appropriate tests.
