Spotting: Schedule an Obgyn evaluation. A pelvic exam should be done. STD testing. Updated pap smear. Pelvic sonogram can evaluate the uterus. Your Obgyn may want to consider an evaluation of the endometrium for polyps with a sonohystogram or hysteroscopy.
