Cough for almost 3 weeks. very little mucus comes up but clear if it does. 6 months pregnant. no other symptoms.what is this & how do i get rid of it?

Cough w/o much mucus: This may indicate a mild upper respiratory virus, but at six months of pregnancy, the diaphragm is limited in motion, and breathing is a bit more shallow, allowing some secretions to accumulate in the lung bases, which can initiate the urge to cough, etc.. If your ob provider is not concerned, it will resolve on its own, but this might be after delivery.
