PCOS/pregnant?: There is always "a chance" of being pregnant, if you are having sexual relations without birth control, but true "PCOS" is usually by itself preventative of pregnancy. Wait a couple weeks and get a serum HCG test to see if you are pregnant. With PCOS, you should consider using birth control pills, to prevent some complications of PCOS, and to preserve your fertility.
